John Plummer (B. Com, MBA) has been working in the human resourcing services industry for 30 years. He has worked in the Asian, European and American markets focusing on services outsourcing, strategy development and human capital management. Former Deputy Chairman of Chandler Macleod Group Ltd, retiring after 21 years when it was acquired by the Japanese giant HR company Recruit in 2015. He has been a director of a number of public companies listed on the Australian Stock exchange including director and Deputy Chair of Mainstream Group Ltd (MAI) a global outsourcing administration business. MAI was taken over in 2020. John also advises several global Software as a Service (SaaS) technology companies providing outsourced services. John is currently a Director of Asuria People Services a significant provider of Government Employment Services. John is a former national President of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association. In 2016 John was inducted into the Recruitment International Hall of Fame (UK).
