Most standard reports allow you to apply different filters and conditions e.g. for a department, job role, location, employment type etc. Report outputs where appropriate are generated in CSV, XLS, PDF and HTML. 

Report scheduling of commonly shared file outputs, including SFTP targeting is also supported.

Advanced filter search settings are also available for more complex report building,
with settings also being saved as a favourite for future execution.

Access to Wiklets and Dashlets on the Home page is defined by your position, including  general access and permission,

Wiklets operate on a carousel, allowing you to publish a dozen or more company communications articles, points of interest, or system generated pointers, like e-learning course available, most popular courses, and much more. 

With over fifteen (15) dashlets available as standard, ActionHRM allows a simple toggle to add to home page or not. Access & permissions layering will define the dashlets available to your employees and managers based on position.

BI tool integration is not included with ActionHRM as a base service provision, however can be supported via a use-case and technical specification, allowing effort, cost and scheduling to be defined, reviewed and approved with our clients as an extended service.

ActionHRM provides a robust and full Onboarding/Offboarding functional coverage. Online inductions, incorporating workflow processing, checklists and the provision of learning and development contents is all covered and a lot more.

After the hiring decision, on boarding new employees as quickly as possible is the next critical step to helping them become productive in their new role. Create a comprehensive online workflow, and then use it to efficiently move a new employee through the on boarding process. With built-in tasks and checks, you can rest assured that critical steps will be done, including verifying employment status, setting up payroll, submitting TFN declaration, electronic contract packs supported by electronic signatures, enrolling in benefits programs, and provisioning equipment (computer, phone, workspace, email account, etc.).

ActionHRM includes a formal contract generation engine allowing you to merge in all common contract mail merge fields and also supports MS Word / Rich Text Export for quick modifications to the generated contracts. You can easily copy and maintain all of your existing contracts inside the application for quick generation. When an applicant accepts the role, you can quickly convert and link to our onboarding action manager for pre-employment and post-employment actions e.g. Policy acceptance, emergency contact updates, setup Tasks as well as probation and other post-employment induction activities.

ActionHRM provides offboarding exit interview functionality. When it’s time for an employee to leave your company, an online workflow in ActionHRM will help you ensure a smooth transition. key activities like turning in security cards, recovering assigned assets, conducting an exit interview/survey, and changing employment status all happen in an orderly fashion.
